Export everything
From the [privacy center](/dashboard/privacy) you can download your account data (GDPR Art. 20): profile, saved shipments, and settings, in machine-readable form. Individual shipments also export as CSV from their cards.
Delete your account
Account deletion (privacy center → delete, type DELETE to confirm) is immediate and complete:
- your user row, saved shipments, API keys, sessions and share links are removed;
- encrypted personal fields are crypto-shredded: the keys that could decrypt them are destroyed, so even backups that still contain ciphertext can never be read again;
- the deletion produces a receipt.
What survives — honestly
- Aggregated, anonymous statistics (e.g. "searches this month") contain nothing attributable to you.
- Sealed audit history keeps its integrity: seals are append-only by design. They contain operational metadata, not your shipment contents.
Analytics while you use the site
TrackJet's analytics are self-hosted and cookieless: no advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking, sessions derived from an irreversible daily-rotating hash, and query strings (which can contain tracking numbers) are never stored. That is why there is no cookie banner begging you to accept tracking — there is nothing to accept.
