Returns & re-forwarding

A clear return checklist after delivery — honest about what the carrier issues vs what we do.

When it appears

After a shipment is delivered, its result page offers a short return / re-forward checklist. Before delivery it stays hidden — there is nothing to return yet.

What you get

A five-step checklist that walks you through a return cleanly:

1. Find the order or sender details. 2. Request the return through the seller or carrier. 3. Pack the item with the original documentation. 4. Attach the label the carrier or sender provides. 5. Drop off or book the collection.

What it is honest about

TrackJet does not issue an official carrier return label. Only the carrier or the sender can do that. The checklist says so plainly and points you to where the real label comes from — it never fakes a label or implies one is included. This is deliberate: a tracking product that invented a shipping label would be lying about something that costs money.

Why route it through here at all

Because the return starts from the same shipment you were already tracking — the carrier, the destination and the delivery date are right there, so you are not hunting for the order again. The checklist simply turns "it arrived" into "here's how to send it back" without leaving the timeline.
