The board
Every shipment you save lands on [your dashboard](/dashboard): current status, last check time, and quick actions (refresh, archive, remove, export, share). Your plan sets how many you can save — the cap and your usage show at the top.
Email alerts
When a saved shipment's status changes, TrackJet emails you. Three controls:
- Per shipment: the bell toggle on each card (🔔 Alerts on / 🔕 Alerts off) — mute one noisy shipment without touching the rest.
- Account-wide: the alerts opt-in in your [privacy center](/dashboard/privacy).
- In every email: a one-click unsubscribe link (RFC 8058 — Gmail and Outlook show their own unsubscribe button for it).
Alert mails are DKIM-signed by trackjet.world; if one lands in spam, marking it "not spam" once is usually enough.
Refresh behaviour
Saved shipments re-check on a schedule (priority re-checks are a paid-tier feature). The "last checked" stamp on each card is honest — it is the real time of the last poll, not a decoration.
Import and export
- Export: each shipment exports as CSV from its card; your whole account exports from the [privacy center](/dashboard/privacy).
- Import: the board accepts a local-storage import from the anonymous tracker, so shipments you tracked before registering can follow you in.
