Commercial / production API tier with an SLA
Heute: Today the REST API is early access (key-based, no SLA, billing off). A production tier with guarantees is planned alongside billing.
Billing go-live
Heute: Billing is off during early access — no card collected, nothing charged. When it lands you will get explicit consent, invoices, VAT and statutory withdrawal rights; 30-day notice of any payment-terms change.
More licensed live-event feeds
Heute: Live event data is licensed per carrier (today: DHL UTAPI and Royal Mail). Every other carrier is routing-only until a feed is licensed — we will add them as they are signed, never by scraping.

Self-serve white-label provisioning
Heute: Today white-label domains work but the owner sets DNS + TLS per domain. Self-serve onboarding is being explored.
Downloadable DPA pack + subprocessor list
Heute: A GDPR Art. 28 DPA is available on request now; a downloadable pack and a published subprocessor list ship with the legal entity.
EPCIS 2.0 beyond the current subset
Heute: A documented GS1 subset is in preview for enterprise; broader capture/query is under evaluation.
