Questions about plans
Can I buy a paid plan today?
Not yet. Checkout is being prepared and switched on by the owner with a public checklist. Until then everything listed under Free is free, and the 7-day Pro trial is real.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted; saved shipments above the Free ceiling stay readable, you just cannot add more until you are below it or upgrade.
Do you charge without asking?
Never. A subscription starts only after you confirm an order with a button that says what you will pay. You can cancel from your panel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Are the prices final?
The catalogue prices are shown as drafts while checkout is closed. Whether VAT is added depends on the fiscal mode stated on this page; it will be fixed before the first sale.
Will my plan change under me?
No. If the owner changes a plan's price or limits, you keep your terms for 90 days and get a notice in your panel and by e-mail first.
