As a service provider we are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with the applicable laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on our platform, or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.

TrackJet detects a tracking number's format and routes users to the carriers' official tracking pages; where licensed feeds or user-authorised sources are available it also builds source-labelled timelines, and it never fabricates carrier events. TrackJet is not the carrier and has no influence on the content of the linked carrier pages.

Our offer contains links to external third-party websites (carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Maersk, MSC and similar). We have no influence on the content of those sites. The respective provider is always responsible for the content of any linked page. We checked the linked pages for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no infringing content was identifiable. A permanent monitoring is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement.

The content and works on these pages created by the site operator are protected by the applicable copyright laws. Duplication, processing, distribution, or any form of commercialisation of such material beyond the scope of copyright law requires the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.
